Return Policy - Within 24 Hours
At Vannya B, we take utmost care to deliver products of the highest quality. However, in the rare event that you receive a damaged product, we offer a return facility subject to the conditions outlined below.
- Returns are accepted only in cases where the product is received in a damaged condition.
- Customers must raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery.
- Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, along with a clear and continuous unboxing video, which is mandatory for verification. The video must clearly show the sealed package being opened from start to finish.
- Return requests submitted without a valid unboxing video will not be eligible for approval.
- All return requests are subject to internal verification and approval by the Vannya B quality team.
Once a return request is approved:
- Return pickup will be arranged on a chargeable basis. Customers also have the option to self-ship the product to our return address.
- The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, unwashed, and unaltered.
- All original tags, labels, and packaging must remain intact.
- Products that show signs of wear, damage after delivery, or tampering will not be accepted for return.
- Sale & discounted products are strictly non-returnable under any circumstances.
Exchange Policy – Within 24 Hours
We offer an exchange window of 24 hours from the time of delivery only in the following cases:
- You’ve received a wrong item or incorrect size from what you ordered.
- The product has a genuine manufacturing defect or damage in transit.
To be eligible for an exchange:
- You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery via email at orders@vannyab.com
- You must share unboxing video proof clearly showing the issue, starting from the sealed package to the product inside, without cuts or edits.
- The garment must be unused, unwashed and in its original condition with all tags intact.
If approved, we will arrange for a reverse pickup and send you the correct or new product once the original is received and inspected. Reverse pickup will be arranged on a chargeable basis. Customers may also choose to self-ship the product to our return address.
Important Notes:
- No exchange will be accepted without video proof.
- Products purchased during sale events or with special offers are not eligible for exchange.
- All exchanges are subject to stock availability.
- If the requested exchange is not available, we may issue a store credit valid for one month.
